There was a time when mac and cheese was haute cuisine enough for me. There was a time when a bowl of cereal was all that could be hopped for. Then I grew up. Then I tasted amazing dishes. Then I wanted to try – just to see if I was capable. So try I did, and while I was no kitchen gourmet, I could follow a recipe. The more recipes I followed the more I learned about what makes a dish both good and easy. Soon I was following recipes until the recipes shifted and changed as I tried new things and learned about cooking. Now the recipes I merely followed are recipes that belong to me.
Here they are for you to try. Enjoy
